Merritt Spangler

Merritt Spangler is a multidisciplinary artist. Driven by an insatiable need for a life filled with adventure, Spangler prioritizes immersion in world culture over mere invention within the confines of the studio. Her practice uses art as a platform for questioning authority and is often rich in allegory, with recurring themes of love, death, and the complexity of perception.
